Returns & Refunds

If you are the original end-user or purchaser of RYSE products and you are not satisfied with them for any reason, you may return them in their original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. To begin the return process, follow the steps below:

All refunds will be processed within 2 - 7 business days from the time we receive your unit at our warehouse.
For all returns, customers must return all components in their original condition and packaging. The cost of any missing parts or components will be charged at the discretion of RYSE.

For U.S. orders:

A US$10.00 restocking fee applies to all returned orders from the RYSE Shop. If you purchased from somewhere other than the RYSE Shop, the place of purchase is responsible for returns. Expedited shipping fees cannot be refunded. RYSE cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers. 

For international (non-U.S.) orders:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, customs & duties. Customers must provide RYSE with a tracking number. Shipping insurance is recommended.

Please note that any charges associated with the original outbound shipping, customs & duties are non-refundable.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without getting approval from us first.
